Joe is able to update his Real Estate Listings himself – by simply filling out an online form.

Displaying Real Estate Listings:

• Real estate listings are grouped by categories, i.e. Residential Listings and Business/Commercial Listings.
  
  
• The number of listings in each real estate category are automatically generated and displayed.
  
  
• Each Real Estate listing contains:
  • Address
  • Thumbnail photo 
  • Property information (price, size, building age, etc.) 
  • Property description
  • Link to property photo gallery
    
    
• Thumbnail photos are automatically generated from the larger photos.
  
  

Managing Real Estate Listings
From a password-protected, Website Administration area:

• Joe can add/edit/delete as many real estate listings as required.
  
  
• Joe enters all real estate listing information and photos from an online form.
  
  
• Joe can quickly change the real estate listing status from normal to new, reduced, or sold.
  
  
• Clicking an Upload button automatically uploads the changes to the server (no FTP program required).
