Custom Events Calendar CMS

With a custom DJ's content management system, Insurancewest Media is able to easily manage insurance events directly themselves, without having to know programming of any kind.

Displaying Events
How Insurancewest Media displays events:

• Events are automatically listed in chronological order based on month and date.
  
  
• Events are automatically colour-coded based on geographic region.
  
  
• When the info button is clicked, the corresponding events page is displayed in a pop-up window.
  
  
• Each Event Listing contains:
  • Title
  • Date
  • Location
  • Host/Sponsor
  • Contact Information
  • Details
    
    
• The Event Listing pages are formatted to be printer-friendly. Users can print the event page by clicking the Print this event button.
  
  

Managing Events
From a password-protected, Website Administration area:

• Insurancewest Media can add/edit/delete as many event listings as required.
  
  
• The event listings are added using an online form that contains
  pre-defined, event information fields.
  
  
• Insurancewest Media can automatically upload the event listing to the website by clicking a Submit Event for Posting button (no FTP program required).
