Fabric Search
The Fabric Search is a key website feature that makes it intuitive for authorized showrooms and distributors to locate fabrics that match specific needs and preferences.

• Locating Fabrics
  Customers can begin shopping by either selecting the desired fabric colour or the desired fabric category (contract, residential, or leather).  Once the fabric search has been initiated, customers are presented with other fabric options to narrow down their search.  Each fabric category has different fabric options.  Depending on the fabric category, there are different fabric options.
  
  Customers who already know the fabric name can use the search engine box to locate the fabric immediately.
  
  
• Viewing Fabrics
  Once customers have located a fabric of interest, they can click on the listing to view the Specific Fabric page.
  
  The Specific Fabric page contains specific fabric information (such as colour, width, etc.), as well as a Normal image view and a Zoom Image view.
  
  
• Storing Fabrics
  On each Specific Fabric page, customers can add the specific fabric to a Memo Request.  Like a shopping cart, the Memo Request stores fabrics selected by the customer.  From the Memo Request, customers can remove fabrics, decide to continue adding fabrics, or send the Memo Request to Bert Woll.
  
  
• Sending Fabrics
  From the Memo Request, customers click the Send Memo Request button to access an e-mail form.  Customers fill out their contact information, review the fabrics selected, and click the Request Memo Sample button to e-mail the request to Bert Woll.
